Article 1 (Application of these Terms)

  1. These Terms set out the conditions applicable to users receiving the Service in connection with the Company's provision of the Service.
  2. The Company may establish individual terms, guidelines, or other rules regarding the use of the Service in addition to these Terms. In such cases, those individual terms, guidelines, or other rules shall form part of these Terms and shall apply in priority to the user's use of the Service.
  3. A user who uses the Service is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
  4. If the user is a minor, the user must obtain the consent of a person with parental authority or other statutory representative in order to use the Service. The Company shall deem any use of the Service by a minor user to have been carried out with the consent of such person with parental authority or other statutory representative.

Article 2 (Registration)

  1. A user may complete registration by registering the required information in the manner prescribed by the Company.
  2. Users must provide the Company with accurate and up-to-date registration information.
  3. If any change arises in the registered information, the user shall promptly notify the Company of the change.

The Company shall bear no responsibility for any damage or disadvantage suffered by a user due to inadequate management of an ID or password.
  3. If a user loses or forgets an ID or password, or discovers that it is being used by a third party, the user shall immediately notify the Company to that effect.
  4. The Company shall deem all use of the Service under an ID and password issued to a user to be the acts of that user, regardless of whether the use was genuinely made by that user, and the user shall bear all responsibility arising from the results of such acts.

Article 4 (Purchase or Use of Products)

  1. A user who wishes to purchase or use products, digital content, or services provided through the Service ("Products") shall apply for such purchase or use in accordance with the method designated by the Company.
  2. Upon making an application under the preceding paragraph, a contract for the purchase or use of the Products shall be formed with the Company when the user confirms the entered details and application contents, clicks the button confirming the application, and the Company receives the application.
  3. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Article, if there is a breach of these Terms in connection with the use of the Service, the Company may cancel the sales contract, claim damages, or take such other measures as the Company deems appropriate. Except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damage or disadvantage suffered by the user as a result of such measures.

Article 5 (Payment Methods)

  1. Users shall pay the price of the Products displayed during the purchase procedure set out in the preceding Article.

Article 6 (Use of Content)

Where the subject of an application is digital content, such digital content becomes available for use after the contract for its use has been formed. Loss, destruction, or damage of downloaded items is the responsibility of the user. For the avoidance of doubt, intellectual property rights, including copyright, in digital content are not transferred to the user.

  4. The Company may revise subscription fees and other charges freely at any time. A revision of subscription fees applies from the renewal for the next subscription period.
  5. The Company will send advance notice to users before any change to subscription fees, in order to give users an opportunity to decide whether to continue the subscription.
